For the past 16 years, Caress "Ce" Kiere has utilized her training in Integrative Behavioral Kinesiology, Spiritual Response Technique, Social Artistry, and Ancestral Clearing to re-code and re-template individuals to bring forth their optimal potential. The techniques Ce has been trained to use bring to surface the old programs, patterns, archetypes, and outmoded paradigms that run our lives, which result in a complete “relationshift” with ourselves and the world around us. By clearing blocks, root triggers, limitations, and mistaken beliefs, individuals awaken to who they are at a core level - their own unique journey and ideal template.

I have been practicing in Boulder, Colorado for 6 years as an authentic Folk Medicine Woman; working closely with Herbal Folk Remedies, Therapeutic Bodywork, Energy Work, Healing Diets, Movement, Sound and Ritual. My roots are in Estonia, a small European country where I fell in love with nature, animals, herbs, health, weaving, dance, music and ritual. Estonians have a deep appreciation of nature, seasons, and a holistic view of human and natural patterns. I bring this ancestral knowledge to my practice through folk medicine and ritual. In the future, I plan on starting a small wellness retreat center devoted to the arts on my farm there. My childhood was far from normal. I grew up with deep scars: mentally, physically and emotionally and was blessed with the opportunity to experience and grow into the person and healing facilitator I am today. I was given up at birth in a post-soviet country, had my first surgery at 2 days old, was lucky to survive mono and then was fortunate enough to find my forever family. I began my adventure healing my scars from birth and found myself a natural when I was drawn to the healing arts as a young adult. Following my heart and challenging the norm, I have since been immersed in the world of gentle folk people looking to help others. I believe I am here to bring lightness and love back to the world one person, animal and plant at a time. Jamie Mantey is a longtime spiritual and healing arts practitioner who creates sanctuary for women's authentic, inspired wellbeing to flourish. She works with women as a trained coach, energetic bodyworker, yoga and meditation teacher, women's group facilitator, herbalist, and flower essence practitioner. She co-founded and formulated Rasa Coffee, holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, and is completing her M.A in Somatic Psychotherapy at Naropa University. How I became interested in the world of a nutritionist…. My name is Angie Spuzak and I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant or Nutritionist. I received my education from Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts in Boulder, Co. I started down this path originally by owning, and operating, several cafes and a restaurants in several States – most recently Dlish vegetarian in Sedona, AZ. In the beginning I had no concept of healthy food, and optimal nutrition. As I learned I became a Holistic Personal Chef which led me naturally into becoming a Nutritionist & Consultant. I knew that learning to be a nutritionist could help resolve all sorts of issues but I had a number of them that were stubborn even though I thought I was ‘eating healthy’. My journey with health issues started with anxiety, gut problems including Candidia and leaky gut, estrogen dominance, HPA axis dysfunction, and vitamin and minerals deficiencies – you name it! I had it all! I took action and I decided to do something about it by learning about nutrition at a top school in Boulder, co. I DECIDED TO BE A HOLISTIC NUTRITION CONSULTANT BECAUSE:

I wanted to help myself to be nutritionally balanced and healthy
I started understanding the true role of nutrition in vibrant health
I was tired of having symptoms likely caused by hormones that were out of balance – I had to know if I could bring my hormones back into balance!
I wanted to get back to my roots – I grew up on simple healthy and clean food which was friendly to my hormones
I realized I had a natural desire to help women feel great – because they deserve it!
I work with women who want to achieve hormonal balance – and all the perks that go along with doing so. From a nutritionists perspective, we will work on healing the gut, balancing blood sugar, liver detoxification, optimizing adrenals, making changes in lifestyle as well as discovering our connection to the feminine. Why do we look at all these aspects? The goal is higher energy, clarity of thought, a more stable emotional base and a backdrop of general ease and positive feelings. It just makes you feel better on so many fronts!

I’m a believer in the healing power of evidence-based nutrition and education. There is simply a massive amount of evidence supporting the use of food and supplementation to achieve a higher quality of life. I run my business online which allows me to work with women all over the country, and world. This allows me to help women who are needing my direction, or who simply want to expand on what they know – worldwide! My approach has something for almost everyone and I look forward to sharing the knowledge. I focus on the importance of eating whole, real foods. My approach to healing and well-being is therapeutic, comprehensive, and restorative. My favorite therapy involves food as food will help you transform, feel nourished, and promote healing. I have been the proud owner of several vegetarian / vegan cafes and restaurants across the U.S., including Waynesville, NC’s first vegetarian/vegan cafe, D’Lish Very Vegetarian restaurant, D’Lish Express Take-out in Sedona, AZ, and the Green Carrot Cafe, in Cottonwood, AZ. Besides my Nutrition Certification I hold a certificate in the Vegan Mastery Program from the Vegetarian Health Institute, and a Raw Food Chef Certification through the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy.

Nourish allows you to schedule five-star wellness services with a vetted, certified practitioner available in your area. Pick your subscription plan, pick your service, pick your practitioner and schedule. It’s that simple.

How Do I Pick a Practitioner?

At Nourish, you’re in control and can pick your preferred practitioner from our network of advanced, 5-star healers during the services selection process.

How Does Nourish Vet the Practitioners in its Network?

We’re very careful about the practitioners we select to join the Nourish network. We interview all of our practitioners in person and make sure they are fully licensed and insured. We accept only the highest quality practitioners with a history of excellence in customer satisfaction.

All Nourish practitioners have the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In return, we expect all members to reciprocate the same level of respect and conduct.

Can I Rebook with the Same Practitioner?

Yes, absolutely! After your service, you will be given the option to re-book with the same practitioner. Keep in mind, however, we cannot guarantee that the same practitioners will be available at the time you request.

What’s the Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so 24 hours in advance.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the appointment time with no penalty

If you reschedule with less than 1 hour’s notice, you will be charged a $35/£25 fee*
If you reschedule with less than 30 minutes’ notice, you will be charged a $50/£35 fee*
If you cancel with less than 1 hour’s notice, you will be charged $50/£35 fee*
If you cancel with less than 30 minutes, you will be charged the full amount of the massage*

Does Nourish Accept Insurance?

Nourish does not accept insurance as a form of payment. However, most insurance companies will allow members to self-claim and file for reimbursement.

Do I Need to Sign-up for the Same Services Every Month?

You can pick different services and different practitioners each month. In fact, we encourage it!

Does My Membership Auto-Renew?

Nourish is a monthly recurring membership. Your membership is active the day that you sign up and will renew each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.

Do Services Rollover from One Month to the Next?

Unused services don’t roll over from one month to the next, so make sure to use all your allotted services before your next cycle begins.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Membership?

Once you’re a member, you can easily change your membership plan right from your account. If you need to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time. Reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll help you process that request.

I am a Nurse, Health Coach, Chef & Intuitive Healer who uses the power of food to transform lives, families and communities. Our relationship with our food is one of the most important and is a great marker of our emotional and spiritual health. Building a healthy long-term relationship with our food is the key to thriving and not just surviving. I help people deal with complex issues such as gut and intestinal issues, to simple issues like weight loss and learning to cook whole foods.

I am an intuitive reiki healer and teacher. I love to support people to peel away the energetic layers that don’t serve and help move their energy to clear tension, old stories and patterns held in the body. I trust the healing wisdom of the body/mind/spirit when we are ready to change by letting go of what no longer serves. I have a teaching schedule that includes reiki classes, a spiritual perspective on addiction, and simple energy techniques for grounding and setting boundaries. I live in Lafayette with my husband and daughter. I received my MA in Applied Healing Arts, Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, and am an Ordained Spiritual Minister in Intuitive Training. I offer Intuitive Reiki Healing Sessions at my home Reiki Space in Lafayette and at A Moms Space in Lafayette. This 60-75 minute session includes check in, setting intention, a guided meditation, intuitive reading of aura layers and current energy, which can also include past life reading, while the client receives Reiki. I close a session by the client pulling a card from a wisdom deck, which almost never fails to validate the previous hour of work. These sessions are meant to bring balance and letting go of what no longer serves, to promote wellness and balance in the body/mind/spirit for optimal health and healing. Emotional and physical blocks can be released during a session- as the mind/body/spirit is one and it is all energy!

‏I firmly believe in the concept that I am a facilitator not a healer. I simply open up a space for people to “step into” and experience a deeper connection to themselves, their deepest wisdom, and a greater sense of relaxation and well-being, which is part of the mysterious and elegant design of the Chinese meridian system. My love for Chinese acupressure began in 1987. I was a single mom, a full-time student and sustained a neck injury during a minor car accident. Wanting a non-surgicall way to deal with my neck pain, and suspecting I had deeper emotional issues to address, I sought out acupressure, massage and acupuncture, and fell in love! When I was given the opportunity to study Chinese massage and acupressure, I chose acupressure over acupuncture because I enjoy “feeling” the energy pulse under the points I’m holding with my fingers, indicating that they are opening. I feel deeply honored to witness people’s breathing change, their bodies relax more deeply, their consciousness shifting through the process of opening these simple channels. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Acupressure Practitioner in the states of Colorado and California. I am a member of the Energy Medicine Professional Association and the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals. I have over 15 years’ combined training and experience.
